Your Wedding Day

Congratulations on your engagement!! And happy wedding planning. Here, at Hydrangea Farms, our biggest goal is to make sure that your day is just how you envision it to be. Our Hydrangea Farms staff will help you with light wedding planning that includes coordinating with your vendors and preparing a “Day Of” schedule to help organize what we hope to be your most favorite day ever. Scheduling

All weddings must be scheduled in advance. To check availability and schedule a date and time, please email Angela at Angela@HydrangeaFarms.com. A contract will be mailed to you and a 25% down payment will be required to hold the date.

Insurance

Day of Event insurance is required for all weddings. Day of Event insurance may be purchased through your insurance carrier or you can purchase event insurance online. The farm information for the insurance carrier is as follows:

Farm Tour

Hydrangea Farms is a seasonal wedding venue that is open from May through October. To book a farm tour, please email angela@hydrangeafarms.com. We look forward to meeting you.
